  This Maximum Flow Air Heater design is encased within a 2 3/8"O.D. tube with a cross frame heating element for minimum resistance to airflow. It has a practical operating range of up to 200 CFM with temperatures up to 600°F (315°C).
Supplied with:
  • Type SF3 terminals.
  • Type SF13A enclosure.
  • and standard entry flange.

      This heavy-duty heater design is for continuous high temperature operations
    up to 1200°F (650°C), while supplying a good flow rate up to 50 CFM. This heater is suited for vacuum and pressure environments, as well as
    other applications where heavy-duty construction is desirable. This unit is enclosed in 2" schedule 40 S.T. S.T. pipe.

    A typical pure flow system with limits and contols

    		  
      This ST. ST. heater produces pure flow qualities by not allowing the air or gas to pass directly over the resistance wire, ceramics or mica.
